This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information by Winslow Windows & Doors through its website located at winslowpalmbeach.com (the Site). Winslow Windows & Doors operates as a home-service marketing and referral company: it advertises home-service categories, receives service inquiries from Site visitors, and routes those inquiries to independent businesses that quote and perform the requested work. Winslow Windows & Doors does not itself perform any home-service work.
This Policy applies to any individual who visits the Site, submits a service request, initiates a chat, or otherwise transmits information through the Site. By using the Site or submitting a request, a visitor accepts the practices described herein. If a visitor does not accept this Policy, that visitor should not use the Site or submit any information through it.
This Policy was last updated on June 28, 2026. Winslow Windows & Doors reserves the right to amend it at any time, and the amended version will govern all information collected after the date it is posted.
1. Children Under Thirteen
The Site is directed exclusively toward adults seeking home-service referrals. Winslow Windows & Doors does not knowingly solicit, collect, or retain personal information from any individual under thirteen (13) years of age. If Winslow Windows & Doors becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected information from a child under thirteen, it will promptly delete that information from its records. Parents or guardians who believe that a child has submitted information through the Site are encouraged to contact Winslow Windows & Doors so that the information can be identified and removed.
2. Disclosure and Routing of Visitor Information
The central purpose for which Winslow Windows & Doors collects personal information is to connect a visitor with businesses that can actually respond to, quote, and carry out the requested home-service work. Accordingly, when a visitor submits a service request, the details of that request - including the visitor’s contact information and project description - are transmitted to the licensed contracting firms and vetted trade professionals in Winslow Windows & Doors’s referral network whose geographic coverage and service offerings match the request.
Those contracting firms and trade professionals are legally and operationally independent of Winslow Windows & Doors. They set their own prices, employ their own personnel, and bear sole responsibility for the work they perform. Once a visitor’s information is routed to a matching firm or professional, that firm or professional may contact the visitor directly by phone, text, or email to discuss the project, schedule a visit, or present a quote.
Beyond this core referral function, Winslow Windows & Doors may also disclose personal information to service providers that assist with website hosting, call handling, customer-relationship management, and marketing analytics; to affiliated brands described in Section 10 below; and where required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of Winslow Windows & Doors or others.
3. Telephone and Text-Message Communications
By submitting a service request or otherwise providing a telephone number through the Site, a visitor may receive text messages (SMS or MMS) and telephone calls from two distinct sources: (1) Winslow Windows & Doors itself, and (2) the independent contracting firm or trade professional to whom the visitor’s request has been routed. Both parties may use an automatic telephone dialing system or autodialer, and either may use prerecorded or artificial-voice messages, when placing those calls or texts.
Consent to receive such calls and text messages is not a requirement for purchasing any goods or services. A visitor who prefers not to be contacted by automated means still has full access to any services available through the Site.
Message frequency is not fixed. How often a visitor receives texts depends on the nature of their request, how many firms in the referral network are responding, and how the conversation between the visitor and those firms progresses - so the number of messages a visitor receives will vary accordingly.
Standard message and data rates charged by the visitor’s wireless carrier may apply to any text message sent or received.

4. Information Winslow Windows & Doors Collects

An authorized agent may submit a request on a consumer’s behalf, provided the agent supplies adequate written proof of authorization. Responses will be provided within the timeframe specified by whichever state law applies to the consumer’s request.
If Winslow Windows & Doors declines to honor a privacy request, the consumer will be informed of the reasons. 6. Express Consent by Submission

7. Analytics and Aggregate Data
